In Wednesday’s 4-0 win over the Yankees, Gabriel Arias had his third career Golden Sombrero.
It was the 11th time in franchise history someone recorded a Golden Sombrero in a shutout.

The most fun name on the list is Bob Feller, who pitched an 11-inning shutout against Washington in 1941 while also striking out four times.
Another pitcher by the name of Earl Moore pitched a shutout while recorded a personal Golden Sombrero in 1905 against the Yankees.
Jhonkensy Noel‘s belted Cleveland’s fourth pinch-hit go-ahead home run of the season on Saturday afternoon, setting a team record. Estevan Florial, Will Brennan and Bo Naylor hit the first three.Â
The previous record of three was set in 1967 by Fred Whitfield (twice) and Lee Maye.
Noel is also just the sixth rookie in team history with a pinch-hit, go-ahead home run. The others:
Hardy, Davis and Wilson’s were their first career home runs. Hardy’s was a walk-off against Chicago’s 7-time All-Star pitcher Billy Pierce.
Davis’ home run was also a walk-off and the only home run of his career,
Mike Zunino collected two doubles and a home run in Sunday’s win over the Mariners. It was just the 32nd time in franchise history a catcher produced three extra-base hits.
Prior to Zunino, it hadn’t been done since Carlos Santana in 2013 at Tampa Bay.
