In Wednesday’s win over the Reds, Joey Cantillo was pulled after just four innings of work despite striking out eight with zero runs allowed.
He became just the 15th pitcher in MLB history to get pulled after four innings with eight strikeouts and zero runs allowed.
The only other Cleveland pitcher on the list is Danny Salazar, who had one such game in 2013 during his rookie year when he was on a pitch count of around 75 to 80 pitches.
